#MOTIVATIONMONDAY 

There is a little under two years between these two pictures, and a whole different mindset.

The “me” on the left had just gone through several insanely stressful life changes - graduating college, moving to a new town, quitting my new job, trying to bounce back from a bodybuilding show.

The STRESS was real.

Now me on the right - happy, confident, in a loving relationship, with a beautiful home, in my favorite city. Flourishing. Sure I have bad days and I still get stressed but ultimately my mindset is entirely different.

This is also proof that everyone goes through time periods where their health takes a back seat - myself included.

But those chapters teach us lessons about our limits and how to get ourselves back on track even quicker the next time.

Proud of this #transformation, mental and physical, but even prouder of my clients!
