@36daysoftype For the letter “U” we take it to 🇵🇪 Peru with the Club Universitario de Deportes, also known as Universitario and La”U” (obviously enough), from Lima. The club was founded in 1924 under the name Federación Universitaria by students of the National University of San Marcos but was forced to rename in 1931. Since the year 2000, they opened the 85,000-capacity stadium Estadio Monumental, claiming the honour to have the largest stadium in Peru and South America. This is the rendition from their 2017 kit made by @umbro which had a nice pink trim really stands out from their traditional Cream and Burgendy colours.
