## Caption

Working on body mechanics and hand placement this morning with Cole Mitchell. I see a lot of errors on shots above the elbow or right above the pads when hands get wide in relation to our body. Having a big emphasis of keeping hands in front to allow for proper mechanics if needing to utilize body blocks or secure into the body.
