Depuis les Worlds le deadlift dort un peu 😭 
J’ai recommencé à perdre ma neutralité du bas du dos, mes hanches étaient hyper éloignées de la barre, et donc le démarrage était encore plus compliqué que d’habitude 

Avec le coach on a réglé ce problème super facilement au squat mais au deadlift j’ai eu du mal à arrêter d’être en antéversion 
Mais je recommence enfin à me sentir puissante au sol et ça se réveille pile au bon moment 🔥 
Première perf intéressante depuis les Worlds, on relance la machine 😈

🔥 7x440lbs🔥 

Since Worlds I haven’t felt strong on my deadlift
I lost again my lower back neutrality, my hips were far away from the barbell, and I was even slower than usual off the floor

This is an issue we were able to correct quite easily with my coach on squats, but it was harder for this lift
I finally feel strong again and it comes just in time🙏🏽 

This is the first interesting set since Worlds, let’s restart the machine 🔥
