## Caption

When Beth Thomas wanted to create a new garden at Rosepine Elementary, she turned to upcycling! She created self-wicking planters using repurposed mineral tubs she got from a local farmer. The planters were such a success that the kids were able to host a potato party for the whole school! 🥔 🥳
