If you have ever grown cucumbers, you know you have to keep your eye on them at all times! 

If you are new to growing cukes, we have a link to our cucumber growing guide in our profile. Here's a quick harvesting tip: pick frequently to keep vines bearing well. If you let overly mature fruits stay on the vine the plant will think its job is done and stop producing new fruits.
