🌈Rainbow kabobs are one of our favorite ways to prepare garden veggies for kids and pack a ton of nutrition into a meal! These are super simple to make - select a seasonal vegetable from your garden, local farmers market, or grocery store representing each color (red, orange/yellow, green, blue/purple, and white), prepare to your liking, and roast or grill until tender.
