Here's an easy, fresh air activity that only requires a camera. (Borrowing your phone is perfect because it also means you, the adult, are forced to take a little break from your phone.😉) Method: Turn your kids loose in the yard, garden, or a natural area. Give them some direction on what to photograph. Here are a few ideas: 🌱 Find materials representing every color of the rainbow
🌱 Find 5 different bugs
🌱 Look for wacky-shaped fruits or vegetables in the garden
🌱 Document different leaf shapes

When they've completed their photo safari, you can have a virtual art show by texting or emailing the photos to a grandparent or family member, and have your child caption what they found. 
If your yard is still frozen, or this isn't the right activity for today, save this post for another day.
