These were inspired by tater tots AND THATS OK !! Creamy in the center, crispy on the edges, covered in a lemony-honey-garlicky-thyme-filled brown butter sauce. And roasted in nutmeg. Always roasted in nutmeg. Add some roasted tomatoes for a hit of brightness and fluffy ricotta as the base, and you have my dream potatoes. I never post more than three times in a week but I had to….because dream potatoes 🥔🥔🥔

I’m not here to get in a great potato debate, bc that would be cruel. All potats have their place 🥹 These just seem to be the best of both worlds in mine! Full recipe is on the blog and linked in bio - And obvi you don’t have to make them for Thanksgiving, they can be an any day potato 😌
