A just-bake recipe with zucchini, summer squash and lemon ricotta cream. This is one of my “easier” recipes out there and before you disagree, I promise, it’s not as intense as you think! 🍋🍋🍋

This recipe is one of my more calm, get-creative and work-with-your-hands recipes. It’s meditative in a way, and you’re left with a beautiful result. Nothing is time sensitive, no ingredient is too “needy,” and you only need your oven to get it done. Well…and a good rolling pin 😉
