Bodycam footage shows the harrowing moment a child was rescued from a hot car in Florida. The child’s mother, 34-year-old Anastasiya Motalava, was shopping in Walmart for more than 30 minutes while the child sat in the car with no air conditioning. Motalava has been arrested.
