There wasn't a cloud in the sky. Have you ever felt stillness be loud? A whirlwind of people had just moved through the open air courtyard, another pilgrimage bus on their way out as we made our way in, and suddenly silence. The soft clatter of Sister Mary Elizabeth's Rosary beads every so often and the soft murmurs of conversation, then again, silence. I stepped aside and noticed the cloudless sky and made this photo. I kept looking up until realized I there was no one else in the courtyard. I didn't mind it; I may have been by myself, but I know I wasn't alone. ⁠
