## Caption

The heat kicked my butt today but got it done. Speed workout outside and then 16 miles on my treadmill. With a total of 19 miles run for day 19 of the calendar challenge. I swear my garage was actually warmer than it was outside😂. 

Only had 4 hour sleep last night so I'm really stoked I got the miles done💪. 10 weeks until my next 100 miler
