Evan Johnson ’20 is an economics major from St. Louis, Missouri. Always a joyful spirit, he has enjoyed making others feel loved and heard on campus over the last four years.⁣⁣

“I like to live in the present moment, so I don’t really have any specific plans after Trinity. If pressed, however, I’d like to live off the grid for a while, you know, just travel the country in an RV with my Bichon Frise named Angela Merkel. See what the world really has to offer. I’m definitely proudest of my time as Vice President and President of IXP. The memories I shared with those beautiful boys are undoubtedly my fondest, and it was an absolute honor to have their trust in my leadership. It wasn’t easy, but I learned so so much .”⁣⁣

When asked about what he will miss most about Trinity, Evan points to Trinity’s 125 acres of red bricks, live oaks, and sparkling fountains.⁣⁣

“I really am gonna miss the absolutely gorgeous campus. It’s a true privilege to be surrounded by such beauty day in and day out. When I think about Trinity, I’ll remember walking across campus on a sun-soaked day, stopping by the fountain to talk with some friends. It already looks like a Wes Anderson film in my head.”⁣⁣
