This week's #smartsandhearts winner is Creative Director Jordan Eakin (jordan_eakin)! 

"Those who have worked closely with Jordan know how intolerably dedicated he is to the quality of anything going to the client. There is no phoning it in, and every idea must pass muster not just visually, not just conceptually but strategically, and businessically? That's just to get to the first creative check-in. 

Meanwhile, he has taken to mentorship with a voracity that only seems to indicate his desire to be replaced by a younger, better-looking version of himself. He checks in regularly with many of those on the creative side.

He is currently working on five different accounts and one pitch and annoying the hell out of everyone on them with how right he is about all the things he thinks we should do better. For many of us, our only hope is that by nominating him for this recognition, he'll drift into a sense of complacency that allows us to do the passable, mediocre work God intended us entitled advertisers to pass for a living."
