Are you going about something blindly? Do you have thought patterns or feelings that could benefit from new perspectives and ideas? ➡️

This part of self-reflection can be really hard: to realize that in order to grow, you must invite these new perspectives in and be willing to abandon your old patterns of thinking. 🙌
