We, as a family, love to spend time together skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and wakesurfing, hiking, biking in the summer.  When I was nearly 40 years old, I gave birth to my last child, who is now 9 years old. I wanted him to remember his mom being a part of the action, not just watching it all happen!  Keeping exercise and living a healthy lifestyle a priority in my life has allowed me to continue doing all the fun things we love to do together now, and hopefully for years to come." 🙌
