Team BC had a successful weekend at the Canadian Track and Field Championships winning 5 medals in front of a home crowd in Langley! 

Congratulations to the whole team including athletes Tristan Smyth, Nathan Dewitt, Tiana Hesmert, Leo Sammarelli, Al Wilson and Paulo Guerrero plus coaches James & Ross.
