## Caption

We had one of our first leadership meetings last night about race and social injustice. 

As a team we had an open and honest conversation about the subject. The goal was to provide clarity and understanding as program and to strive for unity. 

A result of these conversations led to the creation of the following mottos for the year. 

LISTEN, LEARN, LOVE ❤️
