I saw this peace of good news and had to share with my poet peeps who are submitting work for Bow Seat’s 2022 Ocean Awareness Contest and my poets submitting poetry for the Voice of the Sea Award!

The fist thing I thought of when looking at this reel was DISRUPTION and what disruption looks like in activism and advocating for change. There’s many ways to disrupt harmful systems and as artist we have the power to engage and inspire that disruption to create something new right in the middle of it.
