Tamara has been a member of the Pacers Sports & Entertainment family for a long time! Now, she's an IT product consultant by day, coaches the marian_knightdancers in the evening and from time to time choreographs for us, pacershypecrew and feverinferno.⠀

In her own words: "Being an Indiana Pacemate was one of the main highlights of my life! I was blessed enough to be a part of two different teams with the organization - the Fever Inferno Hip-Hop Squad (2003-2006) and the Indiana Pacemates (2008-2014). I literally grew up at bankerslifefieldhouse and each team taught me lessons to help prepare me for the next phase of my life. As a Pacemate, I was blessed enough to experience everything there is to offer as a professional dancer. I traveled across the world and represented the Pacers at one of the largest dance conventions. But there is something about stepping foot onto the court, getting into formation (#beyoncevoice) and waiting for the PA announcer to welcome “Your Indiana Pacemates” and waiting for the music to start. It gave me chills every time. But what made it even more enjoyable were my teammates! I felt like we had a dance party every single game!  Throughout my experience as a Pacemate, I gained lifelong friendships and memories. I will forever be grateful for my time as an Indiana Pacemate!"⠀
