Happy Friday MPT Fam. Summer is right around the corner and we had the pleasure of training with a few of our regular athletes today as well as some newer athletes. 

Ashley and James came in and demolished their workouts, including their METCON’s.

We also had Drew and Matthew. Here we have Matthew working on his lateral agility and Drew working with farmers carries and strict overhead presses.
