As a travel photographer, there’s no secret that I capture most of my work out in the wild. My obsessive passion to create takes me places, far and wide... I’ll admit, I feel most alive when I’m on the road exploring new locations and getting lost in the thick of the moment. Although these trips with friends around the world and out in nature are always an adrenaline rush, it’s never too long before I'm back home in the comfort of my place again. Especially with the pandemic, I’ve found myself here a lot more than usual lately.

When it comes to processing my content, this is where I create the magic… From morning to night, alone and #BehindTheScreens, it’s here that my art truly comes to life. ✨ I spend countless hours editing and running my business on the computer, hoping to inspire others along the way. That’s why I was stoked when XPS asked me to partner for the launch of their series #BehindTheScreens with XPS. They support creators, dreamers & changemakers like myself who aren’t afraid to express themselves and get more into whatever they’re into.

For this shoot, I wanted to create a color inspired self-portrait with me completely surrounded by the urban oasis that I’ve turned my garden area into over the years. Despite living in a big city, I’ve managed to bring a whole lot of green into my little workspace. My passion for nature continues beyond closed doors and it’s been rewarding to watch these plants grow while doing what I love.
