We will be going back to Boquete, Panama, the lovely highland area known for coffee, its gorgeous natural environment. “Back in the day”, as they say, ancient yogis would travel far and wide to be in the presence of and learn from their teacher again. We are living our connection to our roots by traveling to Boquete, which is now home to Yoganand and Elzy! Join us for 5 days of practice, integration, meditation, community, nature, reflection, exploration, food, and fun!

Yoga will be led by Usha Lakshmi yogabhyasa.kalari , with Yoganand Michael Carroll. This retreat is available to yoga practitioners and teachers, alike!
