WITHOUT THIS SUPPORT SYSTEM, I AM NOTHING.

Having a support system as strong as I do has allowed me to get to where I’m at today. There is no doubt I wouldn’t be where I was out today without the amazing help and support of everyone around me. So here are some words (I’ll try to be concise) to the people who have supported me:

MACKENSEY: you have been my rock this prep. You have not only put up with all my prep shenanigans without a single complaint, but have also been the person I’ve leaned on for EVERYTHING. Comfort, motivation, love, encouragement, you name it & you’ve done it. I love you so dearly & cannot thank you enough.

QUINTON (Q): although I proclaim myself as “Self-Coached”, I could not have done this without your guidance. Your wisdom & guidance to point me in the right direction when I was unsure or when body dysmorphia would fog my brain didn’t go unnoticed for 1 second and I appreciate that tremendously.

MY FAMILY: thank you for always checking in on me, even if I wasn’t the most apt to talking when you did. It’s incredible knowing I always have your support there when I need it.

FRIENDS, FOLLOWERS & EVERYONE ELSE WATCHING ALONG THE WAY: your unwavering support for me along the way has been incredible and lights a fire under my butt every single day. Every comment & message I receive is a true testament to how blessed I am to have y’all as my community
