Calling all chalk artists! 

Now's your chance to show your skills LIVE at Tempe Festival of the Arts! Applications for the Chalk-A-Lot chalk art competition on 4th Street are now open! 

The Downtown Tempe Team will be selecting up to 12 chalk muralists or teams to create  chalk murals to this year's theme; "Holiday Spirit Around the World". 
Each team or artist will receive a $400 artist stipend and compete for the title of either "Best Mural" or "People's Choice".
