Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle announced she's stepping down from the position Tuesday following the agency's widely criticized response to the shooting at a rally for former President Donald Trump. Rep. Glenn Grothman, R-Wis., said he still wants to see more congressional hearings so lawmakers can get to the bottom of the Secret Service's response that day. 
"We have to find out why so many bad decisions were made," he said.
