Compassion and understanding are two words that come to mind when Brittany Orlousky is around. She truly cares about
engaging with employees and improving the value of their work experience. Her career with Dandy began as a recruiter
in June 2018 and she is now a lead as the TEAM Relations Manager. This position has allowed her to follow her passion for
helping others and identifying areas of opportunity and growth as voiced from our employees' perspective. As a company member, she enjoys being team-oriented, community-driven, and working with leaders to express genuine kindness and appreciation. As a TEAM Relations Manager she loves interacting with all of the different personalities across the company, especially those that are the face of our stores. Brittany is exceptional in her ability to see the good in everyone, helping people feel heard and validated. She is excellent at bridging the gap between team members, management and corporate office personnel. She is truly made for the position she holds and is an invaluable member of Team Dandy!
