In celebration of National Heart Month, the Vidant Wellness Center is excited to offer a free Young At Heart Cooking Demonstration. Join nutritionist Colleen Bulcher for a live demonstration of cooking techniques and meal preparation tips. A meal will not be served, however attendees will be able to taste some of the items being prepared. The event is free but registration is required. Space is limited: #VidantHeart
