## Caption

Healing is a continuous process, and I am learning that new blockages come up when you think you’ve “healed enough”. 

I went back to therapy last month (after maybe a year since my last session and oddly enough exactly 4 years later with the exact same therapist that initially helped me start my therapy during my divorce) and now I’m having to learn to dig just a little deeper. 

But, I don’t plan on giving up on myself… just like I didn’t give up 4 years ago. 

Further exploring clarity and direction. 

What I once thought was exactly what I needed and wanted might just still be evolving and that’s okay.
