This morning we left the house a little early for a breakfast, picnic date with my Little Mister. We talked about choosing friends and not bending to society’s version of “normal”. It’s important, I explained, to always be kind and do your best regardless of your abilities. I can’t shield him from the bad experiences, but I’ll do my damn best to guide him through life.•
