Little did I know cooking, sharing recipes and tons of tequila would bless me with THIS WONDERFUL VIDA where I would have the opportunity to share my abuelita's recipe for frijoles in a cookbook, meet so many amazingly talented people who inspire me daily and be able to witness my daughter make her dream a reality in food no less! 🍽

I've always said food opens the doors to communication, through sharing a plate of food we can overcome some of saddest moments, but also celebrate ALL we accomplish.🍴 On my birthday I want to THANK YOU for you allowing me to be a small part in your daily lives. Thank you for enjoying my recipe, buying my cookbooks, supporting me in every new adventure and ALWAYS being down to ¡Salud!
