— 📸 @shopgirlblog Went into work today for a few hours to oversee our first monthly influencer meet-up. It was a success, but had to step in to help make drinks, which tbh is a blessing. Always take the initiative to help your team out. I'm always surprised when I see people in a position of leadership who don’t help their team when they are in need.
