WOMEN’S BEANPOT CHAMPIONSHIP COUNTDOWN: 36 days!

Today we’ll have a look back at 1980 - the second playing of the Women’s Beanpot, hosted at the Harvard’s Bright-Landry Center. Northeastern blanked BC in the semifinals, 7-0, advancing to the title game where the Huskies defeated Harvard, 7-1. Diane Sorrenti was named the tournament MVP after posting four goals and five assists for nine points over two games! #womensbeanpot #40daycountdown
