## Caption

Nova sezona uz je za rohem a priprava v plnem proudu! Cim jsem starsi, tim vice si uvedomuji, jak je zrovna tahle cast sezony nejvice potreba! Sice je to drina a kolikrat odrikani, ale dnes uz vim, jak me v kariere posouvala dopredu a pomohla mi vydrzet v nhl tolik sezon bez vetsich zraneni. Neni to jen o zvedani zeleza, ale i o kompenzacnich cviceni.

New season is coming up soon and the hard work is in process! The older I get the more I realize how important this part of the season is although it’s the least favorite part! It’s not only about becoming iron man but also about rehab exercises! Later on I see that exactly this part kept me healthy and able to play so many seasons in nhl!
