## Caption

One of my goal skills for 2020 is switching from meathook to flag (reverse meathook) on one arm. Today was my first time trying this and I found I could work down to a couple fingers helping keep me in place. I'm really excited to figure this out as a one arm skill and add it to my vocabulary.
