is it even summer if you haven’t made peach cobbler 🍑 this vegan peach cobbler is so simple and absolutely delicious! I make it every year like clockwork 

It has fresh ripe peaches that are tender, sweet, and lightly spiced. The cobbler topping is crispy, crunchy, and melts in your mouth with a dollop of dairy free vanilla ice cream on top.
