Do you love your E46?

Of course, you do! But, if you want to continue loving your E46 you need to make sure that you have checked on your rear subframe/chassis! If you didn’t know, one of the MOST common failure points on these cars is the rear subframe; which is where we come in with our Turner Motorsport reinforcement kit!

The subframe is bolted to the chassis at four points under the trunk floor. The attachment points where it gets bolted are spot welded to the sheet metal of the floor. As the rear differential transmits the torsional load from the engine through the subframe, then into the chassis, the sheet metal flexes and twists and breaks the welds with additional cracks forming through the sheet metal.

Worn rubber subframe mounts add fuel to the fire and promote further twisting. This constant loading and unloading weakens the sheet metal and causes it to fatigue and separate from the chassis.

Now you don’t have to worry because we offer this awesome solution for reinforcing those weak points, all you need to do is search T#91 on our site to keep your favorite toy on the road.
