We continue our month of #SonderGratitude where we ask each staff member what they are most thankful for in 2022. Today we feature our longest-serving staff member, Burkina Faso Country Director, Martin Nansia. (Martin began with us as a volunteer in 2015!)

Martin shared, "I am most grateful that we launched the student sponsorship program in Burkina Faso. It took us several months to develop the necessary partnerships, and collect and analyze all the student data, but we never gave up! It really makes me proud that 30 students are now being sponsored.”
