Core Value #2 - Lead with Integrity

Allow an honest heart and a moral compass to guide you. 

Like Rouamba Odile (pictured) the local female leader of our Community Farm in Burkina Faso, who refused to submit to an arranged marriage when she was only 17, and instead found a man she could love on her own.  She was chosen by her community to lead because they recognize she leads heart first. 

The Sonder Project is driven by 7 principles that guide not only our work, but how we strive to live our own lives.  We will continue to highlight each of our Core Values in the weeks ahead.
