So proud of Viking distance runner Eric Hamel for running a HUGE PB in the 5k today down in South Carolina. 14:18.21!!! That ranks him third fastest all-time for WWU track athletes in the 5k! Eric has kept his focus and trained hard during Covid shutdowns, and it is exciting to see his efforts rewarded. He is a big inspiration to his teammates and coaches!
