## Caption

This week’s #MessageToMyYoungerSelf comes from @ecnlcommish, Jen Winnagle! Jen is calling on all of us to be present in each moment. During times of change and broken routine — similar to what we are all experiencing now — we need to see these as chance opportunities to assess where we are and where we want to be. Use this time to make decisions to improve yourself and enjoy the process while doing so. Don’t stop working: make the most of this moment and be ready to step on the pitch as your best self. #LeadersPlayHere
