It rained while I was in Paris a few times. Even poured. And yet, I found so much peace and beauty in those moments. It made me think of the metaphorical significance of watching Celine Dion sing at the top of Eiffel Tower. Knowing she is living her life with great struggle and yet with the medical and emotional support of everyone who loves her, she made it through that moment - in the rain, to give us the most incredible and divine performance of a lifetime.
