## Caption

From the beautiful ingredients to the final dish…. serge0138 has added a new pasta special to the menu tonight.  Black garlic Tortelli stuffed with potato, mushroom and shallot, served with local, foraged morel mushrooms and asparagus, and of course Parmesan.  We’re drinking a glass of 2020 Friulano paired by the chef himself.
