Goal: Run at @malibumoves 5k on October 27💗🫧🏃🏽‍♀️🎧

I’m very much goal oriented, if I don’t set goals for myself I will literally do nothing😅 to help myself stay motivated in recovery I set a goal to run a 5k at the end of October!🏃🏽‍♀️💗 I have 3 months to get my body from learning to walk and bend my knee again to running a 5k!👍🏽 come train with me starting from 0 to getting in 5k form and if you are near the Malibu area join me in the 5k or half marathon (depending of your fitness journey)🤩 I hope to inspire all levels of fitness and be an example of starting over from scratch🌻
