Fun Fact: Our Class of 2023 isn't the only group we're celebrating this June! Today at lunch tanenbaumchat féted a group of teachers who were new to the school this year and "graduated" from our New Teachers Program. This program is a year-long initiative that helps new teachers integrate into the school by pairing them with mentors. The monthly meeting affords new teachers the opportunity to share experiences and seek feedback on every aspect of the art and science of teaching high school. According to VP Rabbi Eli Mandel, who oversees this program, "This year we had an outstanding group of 21 teachers, four of whom were returning alumni." #findyourself #nevernotlearning #tanenbaumchat
