Some nice news to kick off the school week. TanenbaumCHAT alum Sandi Seigel ’80 was recently named President of Na’amat Canada. Founded almost a century ago, naamatcanada is a not-for-profit volunteer women’s organization whose goal is to improve the lives of women, children and families in both Canada and Israel. Sandi, a paediatrician and McMaster University medical school professor, has been volunteering her time with Na’amat in Hamilton for over 20 years since moving from Toronto. The TanenbaumCHAT community congratulates Sandi on this exciting new role and welcomes the medical expertise and leadership that will now steer Na'amat Canada during these very challenging times. #kolhakavod #tikkunolam #alumni #tanenbaumchat
