We need your help. According to the Mayo Clinic, adults should be drinking between 9 and 13 cups of water a day to stay hydrated in the summer heat.

Yesterday, county officials reported the first heat-related death of 2021, and last year, there were a total of 199 heat deaths in Maricopa County, 146 of the confirmed heat deaths were from our homeless community.
