Jazmine grew up with a single mother who worked hard to provide for her children the best way she could, unfortunately, there came a time where she lost her job. Jazmine's mom took the opportunity to reach out to TCAA and was able to keep a roof over their heads and the electricity on with TCAA's rental and utility assistance programs.
