relaxed & confident. I am racing for wins faster than I ever have before. Even in the positioning I was in last night, I believed I could do it.

Each race is its own but it builds to the next. At the professional level I often times get swallowed by the pressures of “this” race is “it”. 

That’s a made up perception, just  f*cking race. 

In reality, I need to just be having fun, relax and know damn well I’m capable.

I believe I am  one of the best and I’ll continue to work like I am. I just ran a 1.5 second PB in lane 2 for the last lap. That feels real good 🐺 #335 & onto the next 🔁
